Refund & Return Policy – Mithaas Nagar

- No Refunds – Once a product is purchased, it cannot be refunded.
- Replacement Policy – If a customer reports an issue with the taste or freshness of the product within 20–30 minutes of delivery/purchase, we will replace it.
- Products will only be replaced if they are proven to be smelly, spoiled, or have an unusual taste.
- Condition of Product – The product must be returned in its original packaging and should not be consumed more than a small portion (for checking taste).
- Delivery Issues – In case of wrong or damaged items received, we will promptly replace the product.
- No Responsibility – We are not responsible for any damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, storage, or delay from the customer’s side.
- Gifts & Coupons –
- Limited-time gifts or discount coupons may be shared with customers during special events.
- Only subscribed customers (via email) will receive official notifications about such offers.
- Regular customers may also receive random surprises, such as discounted prices or free add-ons with their orders.
